Your Role
As the Team Lead Product Management for our Core Platform, you'll head a team responsible for domain-based platform services. Your focus will be on maintaining high standards of product management and enabling reliable and scalable outcomes.
Your Tasks
- Lead a team of Product Managers, supporting their growth and ensuring effective execution.
- Manage hiring processes, career development, and foster a culture of improvement.
- Ensure high product management standards and drive product development transparency.
- Align cross-team planning and resolve bottlenecks while supporting platform investments.
- Collaborate closely with engineering leadership for robust cross-functional cooperation.
- Translate Core Platform strategy into actionable plans.
