Join the Apollo team as a Subscription Lead for Optical Retail, overseeing the German and Austrian markets. This full-time, permanent role is based in Schwabach and is a pivotal part of our efforts to elevate lens and eyewear technology globally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow our subscription business in Germany and Austria by defining strategic direction and managing a team of five experts.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase subscriber numbers, retention rates, revenue, and profit margins.
• Guide and support team growth, ensuring optimal conditions for their success.
• Translate business requirements into system requirements, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
• Monitor KPIs to identify risks and implement effective measures.
• Optimize the end-to-end customer journey from product pricing to service and communication.
• Coordinate closely with several internal and external partners to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and quality deliverables.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of project management experience in a leading role, preferably with complex, large-scale projects.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management and cross-functional team collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills, business orientation, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• High self-motivation, resilience, and enthusiasm for dynamic environments.
