Job Description:
As a key leader within the Enforcement Authority, you will manage a 12-person team, dividing responsibilities between office and field work. Tasks include managing property foreclosure procedures, securing liens, and supervising public and private debt collection. You'll handle objections, collaborate on lawsuit procedures, and steer departmental process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the enforcement and investigation unit.
- Coordinate property foreclosure and lien registrations.
- Drive public and private debt collection processes.
- Respond to objections and assist in litigation.
- Enhance processes and contribute to legislative updates.
Requirements:
- Degree in Public Administration, Law, or related field.
- Leadership experience preferred.
- Knowledge of administrative and enforcement law or willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in MS Office; adaptability to new software (Avviso, MACH).
- Strong communication and team skills.
