Do you love structuring and organizing things, keeping track in Excel sheets and inboxes? If so, you're exactly who we're looking for.
We're searching for a talented organizer to shape our office operations in customer management with enthusiasm and foresight, even if not everything falls into place immediately.
- Manage and organize central email inboxes (responding, forwarding, sorting)
- Track and record inspection and annual reports
- Support and coordinate student employees (including onboarding and task overview)
- Handle administrative tasks (e.g., daily records, queries, list maintenance)
- Document meetings and track open points
- Coordinate hotline appointments for our key customers
Your Profile
- You enjoy organization and structure
- You are communicative, diligent, and solution-oriented
- Experience in office, administration, or purchasing is beneficial
- Good MS Office skills, especially in Excel
- Most importantly, you feel confident in tackling the role even if you don't meet all the criteria
