Job Description

• Directly impact your clients' business success by assisting them with recruiting strategies critical to their company's success.
• Build and expand loyal business relationships with clients of various sizes, gaining insight into their strategies, organizational structures, and business models.
• Your daily work includes client pitches, business development, and candidate interviews, leading to successful recruiting processes.
• Advise clients on job requirements and recruiting strategies.
• Connect clients and candidates, ensuring success in every recruiting process for all parties involved.

• You have a successfully completed degree or comparable commercial training and are fluent in German and English.
