As a Demolition Specialist (m/f/d) you will support our projects in demolition, contaminated sites, and environmental remediation through your expertise and experience in project management. You will conduct technical building surveys and sampling, plan remediation and demolition activities, and take on-site supervision responsibilities, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards.

Your Tasks
- Organize, plan, and oversee remediation and demolition projects
- Conduct technical building surveys, sampling, and contamination investigations
- Create demolition concepts, reports, and project documentation including tender documents
- Coordinate with clients, authorities, and expert appraisers
- Oversee site-level remediation and demolition measures and their documentation
Your Profile
- Completed studies in Geology, Geoscience, Civil Engineering or a comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of professional experience in demolition or environmental remediation
- Fluent in German, both spoken and written (English skills are an advantage)
- Competence in TRGS 519 (asbestos) or experience with asbestos-containing materials is an advantage
- Competence in TRGS524 or DGUV 101-004 for work in contaminated areas is desirable
- Solid knowledge of occupational safety, waste management, and hazardous substances classification
- Independent, structured work style with strong team and communication skills
- Willingness to travel and a Class B driver's license
