Due to our ambitious growth strategy, we are looking for Account Managers nationwide to contribute to our success story.
Key Responsibilities
- Networking: Identify staffing needs through various communication channels and become a recognized expert and go-to headhunter in your market segment (e.g. Engineering, Finance, Sales & Marketing, IT).
- Business Development: Independently acquire search assignments, define job requirements with customers, and negotiate conditions for search orders.
- Recruiting: Use existing pools and media to find and pre-select suitable candidates, maintaining a list for current and future assignments.
What We Are Looking For
- Intrinsic motivation, perseverance, enthusiasm, and passion for sales and recruiting.
- Solution-oriented with a positive attitude and strong team spirit.
- Completed degree or equivalent commercial training, ideally with initial experience in consulting or sales.
